Mesa InterVarsity is about being a family that is defined & formed by Jesus, where there is always an open seat. When we say family, we mean a group that has become so close together that there is enough freedom to share about what is going on in each other’s lives. There are so many things that segregate us on campus like social class, ethnicity, or even school. At InterVarsity we want to offer a place that you would feel comfortable seeking more information about “the real Jesus”, in a fun and fair way. This promotes authentic relationships marked by God’s grace and truth defining us and forming us. For many of us we need the transformation that “the real Jesus” brings when you sit down with Him, we call this the open seat. The open seat is meant for anyone and everyone who wants to come and check out Jesus, the main point is that the seat is open and accessible. We often see media and society portray Jesus but we want to open up a seat for you to check him out yourself. Come and see what “the real Jesus” is really about from what was written about him in the bible almost 2,000 years ago.
